These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of books from Punjab Pedia, a brand of Krishna Devi Publications ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Our books

We publish and sell printed exam-preparation books. Titles, editions and prices are listed on our books page. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.

2. Orders and payment

• Orders may be placed through this website, on Amazon.in, or directly using the details on our contact page.
• Online payments on this website are processed through our payment gateway partner. An order is confirmed only once payment succeeds.
• We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, stock unavailability or suspected fraud. Where we do, any amount paid is refunded in full.

5. Intellectual property

The Punjab Pedia name and logo are trademarks of Krishna Devi Publications. All book content, layouts and website content are our intellectual property. Reproducing, photocopying, scanning, uploading or distributing our books or website content, in whole or in part, without written permission is prohibited.

6. Accuracy of content

We work hard to keep our books accurate and current. We cannot, however, guarantee selection in any examination, and we are not responsible for changes made by recruiting bodies to syllabi or exam patterns after a book is published.

7. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a book is limited to the amount you paid for that book.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sangrur, Punjab.
