1. Where we ship

We ship across India, using reputed courier partners and India Post.

2. Dispatch and delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment being confirmed.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days within Punjab and neighbouring states, and 5–10 working days elsewhere in India, depending on the courier and the destination.

3. Charges

Any shipping charge is shown before you pay. Orders placed on Amazon.in follow Amazon's own shipping charges and timelines.

4. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we send the tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email.

5. Delays and damage

If your order is delayed beyond the timelines above, or arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page and we will sort it out on priority.
